How it works

From 4th May 2021, we will be inviting HR and L&D professionals from UK businesses (no consultants) to enter the Culture Pioneers Awards. There are four categories to choose from and both individuals and teams can apply.

The awards are free to enter and our application process is designed to showcase proven culture change – not simply an introduction of new practices.

What we are looking for

Entrants will have the opportunity to tell us in detail about the work involved in their culture change journey – the motivations behind it, the challenges they faced and the successes they achieved.

The scale of the achievements is not important. We aren’t looking for best-in-show. This is about celebrating people who are committed to an ongoing journey to strengthen their company culture.

How to showcase your achievement

To successfully illustrate your achievements, you will need to exhibit specific accomplishments in your individual/team’s work across a range of different criteria within the nomination form. These include:

Wellbeing Icon Outline

Your objectives and vision for driving culture change in your organisation.

Learning Icon Outline

The performance of your culture change activities and how it supports the business’ objectives / vision.

Inclusion Icon Outline

Evidence of culture change activities positively impacting employees across the organisation.

Innovation Icon Outline

Results for the organisation that can be directly or indirectly attributed to culture change activities.
